Coastal Care Staffing Hiring for Call Center Representative/Customer Service Account Manager ($18-$21) Full Time

Coastal Care is looking for call center representatives to join our team! We are a medical staffing company that has been serving since 2003! We love what we do!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Must handle high call volumes and provide exceptional customer service to our nurse entrepreneurs and facility partners.
• Must have savvy customer service skills, be computer efficient, and have the ability to multitask
• This position is fast-paced and requires live talk time to meet specified goals.

• A medical industry background and a sales background are a plus.

Schedule Available:

• 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday) Full-time
• 7:00 am to 7:30 pm (Saturday-Monday) Full-time
• 7:00 am to 7:30 pm (Saturday-Sunday) Full-time
• 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (Monday-Friday) Full-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
