Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram North Vancouver is looking for a Customer Service Superstar to be our Receptionist. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a group of people unlike any other. Responsibilities:

• Greeting all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Answering and directing phone calls, emails and text messages in a timely and organized manner.
• Following up with customers after their appointments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assistant management and sales advisors with daily tasks
• Filing and organizing paperwork
• Various administrative duties and projects
• Administer all vehicle admin tasks

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with a strong aptitude for various computer programs.
• Experience in PBS systems & Dealer Connect would be an asset
• Extremely dependable and punctual.
• Ability to interact professionally with both co-workers, guests and vendors
• Data entry skills.
• Friendly and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
