CoAg Medical LLC Hiring for Customer Service & Accounting Support Job at Mounds View, MN Full Time

The Customer Service/Accounting Support associate is the key point of contact for our customers and is responsible for answering questions, entering and invoicing orders, addressing concerns, supporting our sales representatives, assist with accounts payables and receivables. This position requires a professional, organized, high-energy, detail-oriented individual who has strong interpersonal skills.

Education/Experience:

High school degree or equivalent required

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, Duties:

• Answer incoming customer service calls and resolve all questions, requests, and changes
• Assist customers with product information, pricing and sales orders
• Work with accounting to set up and maintain customer accounts
• Support outside sales team with marketing material, tradeshows, and requests
• Work with manufacturing and shipping to coordinate shipping orders, samples and marketing materials
• Ability to work in rapidly growing, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to analyze, problem solve and multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Team player who performs well in a steady and fast paced environment
