Co-op Academy Priesthorpe Hiring for Student Support Leader Job at Leeds, England Full Time

We’re looking for a Student Support Leader to join our team in September 2022!

As Student Support Leader you will develop strategic approaches and action plans for student support throughout the academy, as well as leading our team and taking professional responsibility for student support issues with coordination and oversight. You will also cover and support duties throughout the school, where required. This is an exciting new post in our team!

This role is 37 hours per week, term-time only + 10 days. Actual salary: £32,046 – £34,866.

At the top of your game, you’ll communicate effectively with Year Managers and Key Stage Leaders to ensure all students fully access and benefit from interventions and support programmes. You’ll remain resilient, self-motivated and resourceful.

Co-op Academy Priesthorpe is situated in Pudsey and just 15 minutes from both Leeds and Bradford centre with places for 1250 students and 135 staff. The Academy has a very special ethos, which visitors continue to comment on. All colleagues, teaching and support, are responsible for a small coaching group of students which they meet with for 1.5 hours over a week. Full training is offered and you will be buddied up with a teaching member of staff. This adds a very rewarding element to the role.
