Job Summary:

CMH is seeking an HR Specialist to join our team in Bolivar, MO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a team and the ability to communicate effectively.

Essential Duties:

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening candidates, writing job descriptions, and managing employee files.
• Conduct background checks on new employees.
• Meet with candidates to complete onboardings.
• Attend career fairs to seek out qualified candidates.
• Maintain the organization’s employee database.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with proficiency in Excel required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and employees at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.10 per hour
