Job Summary:
CMH is seeking an HR Specialist to join our team in Bolivar, MO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a team and the ability to communicate effectively.
Essential Duties:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening candidates, writing job descriptions, and managing employee files.
- Conduct background checks on new employees.
- Meet with candidates to complete onboardings.
- Attend career fairs to seek out qualified candidates.
- Maintain the organization’s employee database.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related degree.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with proficiency in Excel required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and employees at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.10 per hour
