*ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

CMC Markets is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition at CMC. You will be a proactive and tenacious recruiter with end to end recruitment lifecycle experience. You will have proven knowledge with a variety of tools and search approaches. You will collaboratively with the wider business and HR team.

• Support on the full recruitment cycle end to end; shortlisting, screening candidates, organising interviews with hiring managers
• Utilising workday to manage and advertise roles
• Building a talent pool for current roles through talent pipelining
• Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training
• When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high quality service that presents a professional and positive image of CMC Markets
• Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality
• Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5 years Recruitment or Resourcing experience, In house or agency
• LinkedIn Recruiter and multiple Job Board experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Boolean search
• Previous direct hire ratio of 80%
• Comfortable working a variety of roles across operations and technology
• Attention to detail
