CMC are hiring! We have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team, based onsite in our Barangaroo office. Please note that this role is only open to Sydney based candidates with full working rights (Citizen/Permanent Resident).

ing into the Head of HR APAC & Canada, the purpose of this role is to provide Human Resources & Payroll support and guidance to CMC Markets entities across Asia Pacific & Canada.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective business partnering and be a trusted advisor to the business.
• Manage two s
• Working closely with CMC’s Human Resources team and wider management team on resource requirements and general employee matters.
• Support the business in organisational design discussions, contribute to effective decisions & outcomes.
• Maintain relevant, accurate and forward-thinking HR policies and procedures.
• Deliver recruitment strategies, processes and policies with a focus on being an ‘Employer of Choice’ to attract the best talent.
• Providing support & advice across the whole employee life cycle, including employee development, performance management, compensation & benefits.
• Communicate promptly with internal and/or external stakeholders for any relevant HR matters.
• Generating both regular and ad-hoc s for Management & global HR team.
• Help drive & implement strategies such as talent management and wellbeing initiatives.
• When dealing with all customers, clients or colleagues, ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high quality service that presents a professional and positive image of CMC Markets.
• To contribute to the development of a high-performance culture across all business areas.
• Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility for this role.

Key Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in appropriate Business, HR/IR related disciplines.
• Extensive experience in a similar Business Partner role.
• Leadership capability and demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop others.
• Previous experience in performance and reward management processes.
• Ability to interpret legislation, policies and other industrial instruments.
• Ability to develop relationships, trust and rapport with a range of stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
