Finance Manager – 100% remote working £55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus

Our client is a rapidly growing technology business and to assist with increasing workload is now seeking a qualified Finance Manager to take responsibility for the day to day operations of the finance team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:

• Ownership of the monthly management accounting process including Balance Sheet reconciliations and KPI reporting P&L analysis
• Lead and develop a small finance team responsible for Accounts Payables and Receivables, Payroll and cash & banking.
• Preparation of statutory accounts and regulatory reporting including VAT/PAYE supporting the FC and FD
• Supporting the FC, FD and the senior operations leadership team with adhoc financial analysis
• Assist with the continuous process improvement projects as the business continues to grow

You will be a qualified accountant with either proven Finance Manager level experience in a SME. Ideally fast growth environment, or a strong Financial/Management Accountant ready and able to step up to a Finance Manager role. Solid management and statutory reporting experience together with advanced Excel skills are prerequisites together with the ability confidence and enthusiasm to communicate across the whole business.
