CMA is working with an independent, finance business, based in Basingstoke. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Accountant, ideally straight from practice, to support the Finance Manager with a broad remit of technical accounting duties.

What will the role involve?

• Month and year end:
• Preparation of annual statutory financial statements;
• Balance sheet reconciliations;
• Monthly and quarterly VAT returns;
• Cash flow reporting and forecasting.

Suitable Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant – ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent;
• Strong technical accounting background;
• Confident MS Excel skills;
• Detail orientated and meets deadlines.
