CMA Flodyne Hydradyne Hiring for Customer Service Representative Full Time

CMA/Flodyne/Hydradyne is an Employee Owned (ESOP) industrial automation distributor for pneumatics, hydraulics and electro-mechanical applications. We operate four offices throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa. We are seeking an application for our growing Normal, IL location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve customers by providing product and service information
• Helping to solve customer problems
• Providing administrative support to the sales staff
• Working as a team with others throughout the company
• Communicate with customers and suppliers by answering phones and responding to emails
• Edit and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
• Limited warehouse duties that include shipping, receiving and inventory management
