Clutch is looking for a full-time Paid Search Manager for a client of ours.

As a Paid Search Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing comprehensive strategies that fuel client acquisition and growth.

Responsibilities :

• Design, monitor, and optimize paid search initiatives across diverse platforms, ensuring optimal ad placement and budget allocation.
• Analyze campaign performance, pinpoint improvement areas, and recommend data-backed strategies to elevate clients’ online presence.
• Utilize your mastery of Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics to assess paid media metrics against KPIs, crafting insightful s and strategic recommendations.
• Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring and managing junior team members, imparting your knowledge and guidance.
• Continuously update your expertise on paid search trends, new technologies, and best practices to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing digital media, with proven success in paid search advertising.
• Google Ads Search, Display, and Video Certification (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and eCommerce platforms (bonus points).
