Overview :

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a vital role in connecting with qualified individuals to join our Club Fitness family.

Your primary focus will be recruiting qualified Personal Trainers and Member support staff who share our passion for health and fitness.

Your friendly and enthusiastic approach will help create a positive and energetic environment, ensuring we have a strong and motivated team to inspire others in their fitness journey.

Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support :

• Post and manage job openings via ATS and other platforms
• Leverage social media and online platforms to promote job opportunities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely completion of on-site interviews and feedback
• Generate s to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts

Candidate Screening :

• Review applications and resumes to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with the gym’s hiring managers

Offer Letter Generation :

• Prepare and generate offer letters for candidates
• Ensure the offers are accurate and compliant with company policies

Onboarding Support :

• Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Provide information about the club’s culture, policies, and procedures to new employees.

Job Fairs and Networking :

Represent Club Fitness at local job fairs and fitness-related events as needed

Qualifications :

• A passion for fitness and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their health goals
• 1-2 years experience in recruitment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of fitness industry trends and certifications is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in HR or related fields is a bonus
• Familiarity with online recruiting platforms and social media channels
