Photo/ Video Digital Content Creator
Full Time, Salaried Position
On-Site (NON REMOTE)

Club Car Wash is looking to hire a professional photo/video content creator with experience in creating promotional content by working in collaboration with a marketing team.
This individual will work closely with multiple departments to develop, capture, and produce photo/video content for our company that aligns with our brand, mission, and strategic goals.
You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering content that is engaging and supports our marketing and promotional efforts. The position requires the candidate to be creative and to have the technical knowledge and aptitude to work with digital video and photography equipment.

As the Club Car Wash Content Creator, You Will:
- Find new and creative ways for Club Car Wash to express the value of the Unlimited Club Membership.
- Build polished, professional looking organic social media content for use on all media channels.
- Produce commercials that regionally express the value of a club car wash membership.
- Take and edit photos – we do not use stock imagery.
- Regularly travel to Club Car Wash locations to conduct content shoots for people and buildings.
- Develop creative solutions for addressing marketing initiatives and strategic goals through various content.
- Work with Director of Marketing to execute targeted multi-channel campaigns for a dynamic customer set.
- Edit raw video footage on digital formats to produce final products.
- Observe brand standards and ensure consistency of all photo/video content.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Work closely with our Marketing Team to develop, create, and produce videos, including promotional, product, marketing, and company videos.
- Create and edit photo/video content for multiple platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, IGTV, Tok-tok, and digital advertisements.
- Manage media assets in an organized way through company Dropbox.
What We Are Looking for In You:
- Up-for-anything, confident attitude.
- Ability to command a group when directing
- Ability to film and produce video with a quick turnaround time
- The creative ability to build a project from the ground up and make an idea come alive.
- Ability to write voice over copy for videos.
- Keep up with current content trends.
- Ability to travel during normal business hours to various sites within the company to gather content.
- Real world videography and production experience. (DEMO Reel is a MUST)
- Knowledge of the video production process: directing, filming, interviewing, boarding, editing, encoding, uploading, and managing media.
- Production skills: photography and videography, camera operation, sound, lighting, and quality sound capture.
- Must be extremely organized and able to successfully reach multiple deadlines at once
- The ability to communicate needs in a positive, productive, and professional fashion
