Club Accounting Partners Hiring for Accounting Manager Job at Remote Full Time

Unique opportunity for an accounting professional to join a startup accounting firm devoted exclusively to the private country club industry. While the position requires that the candidate be in the NY/NJ/CT metropolitan area, all work is conducted remotely. The position requires 15-20 hours per week and is offered on a temporary to permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have a diverse skill set and demonstrate competency in the following areas:

Accounting

· All aspects of the accounting cycle

· Account reconciliations including bank accounts, credit card accounts, asset accounts, receivables, payables, and expense accounts.

· Cash flow management

· Internal audit processes and procedure

Technology

· Knowledge of Club accounting software applications, such Jonas Club Management, Jonas Encore and Northstar software systems

· Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Experience with payroll software companies such as ADP, Paychex, Paycom, Balance Point and/or BeyondPay

· Understanding of Microsoft Teams

General

· Ability to prioritize work with limited supervision

· Excellent communication skills

· Detail oriented

· Highly organized

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
