Clovernook Healthcare located in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our HR/Payroll Director. The primary responsibility of the HR/Payroll Director includes handling recruitment.

Required qualifications for HR/Payroll Director

Must have 1 year of experience as HR and Payroll in a long term care facility

Onshift experince a plus

• Organizational and attention to detail is a must
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
• Key position working with other personnel, residents, families, government agencies and insurance companies.
• Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word and Excel
• Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies and procedures
• Drive the recruitment process for all disciplines.
• Must have 1 year of experience as HR experience in long term care.
• Onshift experience preferred
