Background:

Cloverleaf Mechanical LLC. is a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) company located in Springfield, Ohio that has served the Clark County and surrounding areas since 2000.

Requirements:

• In office position, Monday-Friday.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screenings.
• Dependable, friendly, and honest.
• Motivated to work.
• Willingness and ability to learn, follow directions, and ultimately complete tasks.
• Organized and results oriented.
• Able to read, write/type, and speak English proficiently.
• Able to multi-task with phone calls and computer data entry.
• Previous experience with handling phone calls with excellent customer service skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and overall communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette skills.
• Excellent computer keyboarding skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Able to file paper documents as needed.
• Able to greet and assist walk-in customers as needed.
• Able to direct vendor delivery drivers as needed.
• Able to work effectively and independently, while understanding the necessity to communicate and coordinate work efforts with both customers and other team members.
