Cloverdale Paint Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Langley, BC Full Time

Cloverdale Paint has an immediate opening for a full-time positions at our store in Langley, BC. The successful candidate should have previous customer service experience and a positive attitude.

This individual should be available to work for 4-5 shifts per week. They will be working 8 hour shifts, totaling to a 32 to 40-hour workweek.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering basic customer inquiries in person and by phone
• Determining and recommending products to customers ensuring the customer is supplied with all items required for their project
• Tinting & shaking paint accurately
• Keying in sales and operating basic functions of the POS system

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1-year of Retail Sales and/or Paint Industry experience
• Ability to lift up to 50lb regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Team player
• Strong work ethic, with a can-do attitude
