Clover LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee all recruitment efforts across the company. Finding and retaining high-quality talent is a critical driver of success in any industry. In home health care it is THE critical driver of success. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s applicant tracking process. S/He will be responsible for managing a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as application and new hire goals, cost per hire, time to hire. Partner with business leadership to identify market needs and ensure an effective onboarding process. The position will be based in Indianapolis but remote work is possible at times.
