Clover LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee all recruitment efforts across the company. Finding and retaining high-quality talent is a critical driver of success in any industry. In home health care it is THE critical driver of success. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s applicant tracking process. S/He will be responsible for managing a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as application and new hire goals, cost per hire, time to hire. Partner with business leadership to identify market needs and ensure an effective onboarding process. The position will be based in Indianapolis but remote work is possible at times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience in a high volume recruiting or sourcing role environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience handling a requisition load of 20+ open positions at any one time
• A track record of success in sourcing top talent, along with a demonstrated history of metric attainment in a high-volume recruiting role
• Comfortable being held to performance metrics
• Experience with managing a recruitment budget
• Deep knowledge of how to attract the best candidates using various platforms and social media channels
• Ability to source, select, and “sell” candidates on the company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to foster strong public relations
• Excellent computer skills and strong MS Office usage and aptitude
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge of state and local requirements for hiring personnel and the ability to implement those requirements into the hiring, onboarding, and training process
• Impeccable organization skills and ability to develop organizational systems
• Demonstrated independent judgment and self-motivation
• Ability to stay abreast of trends in the employment marketplace, identify concerns and make recommendations
• Ability to develop new processes and systems, quickly recognize inefficiencies in current systems, and generate sound solutions
• Reliable transportation, flexible and ability to travel

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively communicate with Senior Clinical Director and management team to identify hiring needs, create job descriptions, and coordinate interview schedules
• Manage Recruiting Representatives
• Manage Applicant Tracking Software – providing training to team members where needed.
• Develop recruitment strategies, requisition management over multiple platforms, policies, processes, and tools that are sustainable and replicable to facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates
• Place job advertisements, contact recruiters, and use newsgroups and job sites to attract qualified candidates
• Maintain hiring metrics in order to effectively track open positions
• Research and recommend new sources and tools to identify active candidates
• Perform sourcing of passive candidates by using creative methods, online searching techniques, cold calling, personal candidate networks, internet
• resume banks, social media, and in-person speaking opportunities
• Identify and maintain partnerships with key organizations that will be pipelines for future talent
• Help with recruiting drives, attending job fairs, and generally acting as a source of assistance and knowledge in day-to-day recruiting needs
• Conduct periodic research and analyses on competitive salaries for all positions
• Perform and/or manage resume review, initial candidate screening, and interviews for active applicants
• Train recruiting team on various interviewing techniques and ensure proper implementation of each
• Develop and implement evaluation metrics to measure recruitment achievements and to refine processes
• Report weekly on sourcing efforts for specific positions and candidate funnel
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,925.00 – $70,001.00 per year
