SecureEnergy, a Clough Elecnor Joint Venture, has been selected to deliver the engineering, procurement, and construction of Project EnergyConnect. EnergyConnect is a new 700 km 330 kV transmission line running from Wagga Wagga in NSW to Robertstown in SA.

The Role
As the Human Resources Administrator within the Human Resources Team, you will be responsible for providing your superior attention to detail and administrative skills to effectively support both recruitment and generalist human resources functions.
Your duties and responsibilities will include to:

Prepare employment documentation for new and existing employees

Create and maintain personnel records in HRIS

Create reports and presentations on HR metrics and information

Liaise with Payroll on personnel commencement, changes and exits to align with monthly payroll deadlines

Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team

Contribute to continuous improvement to HR processes and procedures
Your skills and experience:
-
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
-
1-2 years’ experience in an administration role will be highly regarded
-
Advanced level knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
-
Strong problem-solving capabilities and willingness to seek solutions
-
Previous experience with Workday is desirable
-
Experience in HR would be beneficial but not essential
