Clough has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join the team! In this varied role you will effectively support both recruitment and generalist human resources functions within Clough. You will be responsible for a number of administrative matters as well assistance for the team in achieving their strategic objectives. Whether you are a HR Graduate or an experienced administrator with HR exposure this role can be shaped to get the best out of you whilst providing you with unique opportunities to learn.
This opportunity is a temporary maternity leave replacement however may be extended in line with business needs.

Your focus will include:

• Prepare employment documentation for new and existing employees
• Create and maintain personnel records in Workday and Oracle
• Arrange pre-employment medicals, work right checks, training and conduct reference checks
• Create reports and presentations on HR metrics and information
• Create purchase requisitions, purchase orders and receipting in Oracle
• Liaise with Payroll on personnel commencement, changes and exits to align with monthly payroll deadlines
• Respond to employee queries about HR-related matters
• System Administration for the recruitment and HR management system ‘Workday’
• Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team
• Provide administrative support to the Graduate and Internship program
• Contribute to continuous improvement to HR processes and procedures
