CLOSING MANAGER / LICENSED TITLE AGENT (Remote, Home-Based Position)

ABOUT

Cloud Title is looking for an experienced residential Closing Manager who is familiar with all aspects of real estate closings.

As Closing Manager you will be responsible for:

• Conducting and/or collaborating on pre-closing, closing and post-closing activities; developing and nurturing customer and/or vendor relationships

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but are not limited to:

• File setup and processing
• Preparation of Title Commitments and clearing title conditions
• Reviewing lender closing instructions
• Preparation of ALTA settlement statements and all other closing documents
• Performance of closings / RON closings
• Managing of workload, assigning files to processors/closers
• Managing, training and supervising closing staff
• Managing Escrow and Disbursing Funds
• Post closing activities including e-recording and preparation of policies.

The ideal candidate has processing and closing experience and managed processors/closers in a fast-paced environment with high volume closings-remote closings a plus. Candidate should be able to work independently and be tech-savvy with great communication skills both written and verbal.

This is a remote position, and you may be located anywhere within the State of Florida.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a licensed title agent in the state of Florida with minimum 4 years experience in the title industry as processor, closer and/or title agent.
• Ideal candidate will have experience working in agencies closing 50+ files or more per month and must be able to personally process/close 20 transactions per month.
• Ideal candidate will have experience working with SoftPro Select application
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Should be able to thrive under pressure and embrace change
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Strong proficiency with web-based tools and applications, Microsoft Office, and have the aptitude to learn new technologies quickly
