Cloud 9 Foot Spa Half Moon Bay is hiring a part time receptionist, weekly 30-40 hours.

SHIFTS TO FILL:

Shifts: AM 9:45am-3:30pm, or PM 3:15pm-9:15pm

REQUIREMENTS

1.EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

We see our front desk/receptionist as the utmost important role. Candidate must possess great customer communication skills.

2.ORGANIZED, SYSTEMATIC, ATTENTION TO DETAILS.

All customers service and inquiries are with front desk, so first rate of effective, efficient and organized work habits are important.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Answer the phone and email for service booking and scheduling with proper phone etiquette and a smile

– Greet and lead customers

– Obtain correct client information

– Customer visit/information entry into customer database system

– Scheduling and communicating with therapists

– Handle sales transaction

– Other light office tasks

– Other tasks of maintaining the spa
