What you’ll do
Roles we are currently sourcing for:
Customer Relationship Representatives:
Respond to a wide range of telephone inquiries from Canadian Tire Bank card members, while driving an exceptional customer experience
Offer products and services to our customers solidifying their relationship with us, driving sales and business goals
Credit Services Representatives:
Conduct primarily outbound calls to our customers, offering guidance and assistance in order to help satisfy the delinquency of accounts
Fraud Monitoring Representatives:
Review individual credit card transactions which are identified to be at risk for fraud losses and initiate appropriate actions to mitigate losses to the organization, while ensuring customer account(s) and personal information are managed in a professional and confidential manner
