Cloth & Cord is looking for an E-commerce Operations Coordinator with amazing leadership and communication skills, inventory experience and an eye for detail. High energy and commitment are essential. If you are a restless individual who can multi-task, solve problems and do things proactively, you’ll quickly become invaluable.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s/Bachelors degree in Supply chain/Logistics, Fashion Merchandising, Operations, or Business related field preferred
• E-commerce Experience: 2+ years (Preferred)
• Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities
• Manage online stores, listings and returns
• Use computerized systems, barcode scanners and other technology to record inventory movement.
• Assist in the preparation of s and presentations
• Provide administrative support to the production team
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers or vendors
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, phone and social media
• Manage 3PL, domestic and international imports and exports of goods
• Extremely organized, detail oriented and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials and products at multiple warehouses.
• Demonstrates problem solving skills and analytical skills with the ability to perform math calculations and unit measurement conversions.
• Willingness to assist others without being asked.
• Completes all other tasks and duties as assigned.

Available work hours are between 7:00am and 5:30pm M-F (times are negotiable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
