Customer Service Representative to join our small business and provide a pleasant customer experience.

The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, and providing general support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Strong computer skills and an interest in home design and layout is a priority.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolution of their issue.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
