Join Close Invoice Finance Operations Team where you will be providing support to the Operations Manager, overseeing our litigation service, functional core system support and the operational compliance and management of data protection, financial crime and complaint handling responsibilities. Working as part of Operations our ideal team member will have previous experience in operational delivery with excellent attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving and championing delivery of outstanding customer service

Appropriate and effective triage of support requests / incident management and delivery of resolutions with MI to support and provide insight

Promoting and actively participating in a culture of continuous process improvement

Supporting operational business initiatives in business case submissions, gathering requirements and supporting data and linking in with the business project management change team.

Actively supporting our entry to change management processes and delivery of change programme

Developing Our People: as a line manager, you will be responsible for increasing productivity and developing performance through coaching, mentoring and developing your team members. You will encourage your team to take responsibility for their own personal development and provide support through regular feedback.
