Job Purpose

This role is integral to the growth of Cloré and achievement of company objectives by managing day-to-day website operations. The eCommerce Warehouse Workers’ main goal is to fulfil online orders and provide customer service to eCommerce customers. They must also ensure that the products and product information is up-to-date.

Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment

• Picking inventory from the Web stock and Warehouse for online order fulfillments

• Ensuring all picked online orders are accurate to the order

• Packaging customer online orders accurately and securely, in a timely manner

• Organize and prepare for shipping on a daily basis

• Follow up with customers regarding their orders, when necessary

Inventory Management

• Receive and restock products in the E-commerce warehouse in a timely, organized manner

• Report inventory inaccuracies based on daily picking discrepancies and inventory counts

• High knowledge of all web stock item locations and product placements

• Maintain daily cleaning and organizing of Web stock rooms and areas

Customer Service

• Assist coworkers to locate products in the warehouse

• Maintain Cloré’s standard of courteous customer service and professionalism over the phone and in Emails

• Provide accurate and relevant information to create a great online shopping experience

Head Office Communications

• Work with the eCommerce Manager, to identify and suggest opportunities for improvement in procedures and/or operations

• Communicate suggestions about products, seasonal sales, clearance items and promotions online to the eCommerce Manager

Key Relationships

This person reports directly to the eCommerce Manager.

Other key relationships are:

• Warehouse Staff (Web orders)

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; repeated twisting of the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves

• Regular lifting of 20 lbs or more, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs or heavier

• Occasional climbing of ladders

• Manual dexterity (quick with the hands)

• Constant communication with coworkers and eCommerce Manager

• Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Qualifications

• No experience required (experience in retail or warehouse preferred)

• Post secondary education preferred
