Cloncurry Shire Council is seeking a Rates/Administration Officer, benefits include:
Position Objective
The primary purpose of the role is to oversee the rates function within the Finance Services team, while the majority of the rates processes are performed by our software provider’s bureau service. this position shall ensure the timely issue of biannual rates notices, completion of rates searches and the ongoing review and maintenance of the property database.
The position also provides support for the administration and finance team during end of month, end of year and during staff absences in addition to providing regular financial data to internal departments.
