We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to enter this NEW role at Clix and grow the agency’s brand as well as manage its ongoing digital marketing efforts. This role will develop, manage, and execute Clix’s digital marketing plans and campaigns (including creating social media content and producing content for other digital properties). As far as industry knowledge, the ideal candidate will display strong business acumen across B2B service-based business, especially relating to the legal industry. You will create the voice of our company, responsible for crafting and executing strategies that not only amplify our brand, but also create meaningful content around the legal industry, ultimately leading to the development of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research as needed
• Develop brand positioning, brand voice and tone, and other enablement resources to aid in ongoing digital marketing efforts
• Proactively collaborate and create with key internal stakeholders, especially those within Clix’s Sales and Digital Marketing divisions
• Develop Clix’s annual digital marketing plan with an emphasis on building brand awareness, increasing relevant website traffic, expanding social communities, and — ultimately — generating marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
• Prioritize, execute, and manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, social media/selling, media, email marketing, and content development, especially:
  • Spearheading the development and implementation of a legal-focused podcast series
  • Building, managing, and optimizing Clix’s social media profiles and presence
• Track and analyze marketing results to measure ROI
• Develop an internal meeting rhythm, involving key stakeholders, that’s focused on Clix’s goals, marketing priorities, to-date results/analysis, and strategic planning (e.g. data-based decisions)
• Intelligently utilize and experiment with advances in AI technology to facilitate these responsibilities
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in the digital marketing and legal industries; identify opportunities for innovative marketing strategies.

Ideal Education and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience leading the digital marketing planning process with a proven track record of with researching, planning, and executing successful, robust digital marketing plans with an emphasis on results
• Proven success working with and leading team members across different roles and departments
• Successful track record of leading and executing against multiple digital marketing channels
• Experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), especially podcasts
• Knowledge of the legal industry, especially the audience’s pain points, marketing competitors, and opportunities
