Clipper Navigation Inc (Victoria Clipper, San Juan Clipper) Hiring for Digital Marketing Manager Full Time

Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager leads integrated digital, display and social advertising for FRS Clipper to help drive consumer engagement, online conversion optimization and sales. Role requires experience developing and executing hands-on management of digital advertising and strong knowledge and experience with analytics. The individual s to the VP of Marketing.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and execution of seasonal digital marketing campaigns (PPC, Display and Retargeting, Social and Native Advertising) with a strong emphasis on creative vision and data-driven strategy
• Oversee and manage paid search consultant in daily management and optimization of paid search campaigns
• Plan, execute and manage innovative conversion rate optimization efforts to advance online conversion rate
• Identify and lead SEO strategy to maximize organic optimization
• Measure and on formal KPIs to management through active daily monitoring and weekly/monthly ing of online analytics accompanied with strategic insights and recommendations
• Execute on proactive insights and strategic recommendations with coordination across Marketing, Product and IT teams

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• 4-6 years of integrated digital marketing experience (travel and tourism marketing experience as well as Google Ads certification preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing or related field
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Strong experience analyzing and developing insights and tracking with GA4
• Experience managing set up and optimization of Google Adwords campaigns
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments, optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking who can turn insights into action
• Baseline working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (required) and Project Management skills (high attention to detail and organizational skills are a must)
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of management and leadership
• Sound strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to anticipate marketing trends and turn insights into action
• Versatile, creative thinker and innovator with strong implementation skills
• Experience working hands-on with wide range of digital marketing and advertising tools and technology (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok Ads GA4, CrazyEgg, SEMRush, Optimizely, Sumome, Opt-In Monster etc.)
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
