What will you be doing?

• You will have total ownership of a selection of roles across different locations from the briefing meeting through to the offer and onboarding with all the great bits in between.
• You will manage the recruiting stakeholders expectations and maintain the teams credibility.
• You’ll know a good “Clipper fit” when you see it, be able to talk to candidates, scheduling interviews and managing the process to close, it’s a total 360 lifecycle role.

Who would suit this Opportunity?

• Individuals with experience of working in a recruitment /talent acquisition role with demonstrable experience in engaging with candidates, business stakeholders and sourcing partners
• Someone with recruitment experience working in Logistics/Distribution , Supply Chain, Retail or Manufacturing
• Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to stakeholders and engaging with people at all levels.
• You should have the tenacity and drive to bring new ideas to the team and be innovative.
