The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of CSO’s Executive Team and holds a broad range of leadership responsibilities including oversight of the Finance, IT, Business Systems and Operations teams. Working closely with the CEO and other members of the management team, they must thrive in a high-growth, fluid, and metrics-oriented environment, with a belief in CSO’s mission and defining values that drives performance and decision-making at all levels.
As CFO, you will manage the financial operations of the agency, serving as a key strategic and operational advisor to the CEO. The CFO will direct the activity of the staff engaged in planning, analysis, accounting, and client support functions. The CFO also represents the agency in all business relationships, and is responsible for compliance with all financial regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or Master’s degree in related field of study preferred. Five to ten years’ experience in non-profit finance and administration required, preferably in behavioral health or related field, including five years’ senior management and supervisory experience. Strong leadership, excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency. Ability to work independently and follow through with projects. Ability to perform multiple tasks and assignments over an extended period of time; understand and relate ideas and concepts; and identify and prioritize issues in a responsible manner. Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
