About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Clinical Research Trainer to deliver in-person training programs at academic institutions in and around Vijayawada. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about teaching and shaping the next generation of clinical research professionals.
The position will initially be offered on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities
– Deliver structured clinical research training sessions to students and early-career professionals
– Develop and customize training materials, presentations, and practical exercises
– Conduct workshops on topics such as:
– Clinical trial processes (Phase I–IV)
– GCP (Good Clinical Practice)
– Regulatory guidelines
– Data management and documentation
– Assess student performance and provide feedback
– Collaborate with academic institutions for scheduling and curriculum alignment
– Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in clinical research

Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or related field
– Strong foundational knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory frameworks
– Prior experience in clinical research, CROs, hospitals, or academia
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners

Preferred Qualifications
– Prior teaching or training experience (classroom or corporate)
– Certifications in Clinical Research / GCP
– Experience with real-world clinical trial operations

Other Requirements
– Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vijayawada
– Willingness to travel locally to colleges and training centers
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with students
