The Manager Healthcare Talent Acquisition will report to the Vice President of Human Resources. The manager will be responsible for the following:

• For developing and executing proactive talent sourcing strategies that produce talent pipelines needed for current and future business growth
• For the strategic design, implementation, communication and administration of policies and programs
• Will support recruitment at all levels, including nursing, allied health, Management, and Contract Employment agreements
• Selects, trains, develops, and evaluates team members. Makes decisions on hiring, terminations, promotions, and disciplinary actions as required.

Those with prior leadership and recruitment or talent acquisition experience will earn quick interviews.
