ing to the Executive Director, the Interim Director of Clinics will oversee Primary Care, Women’s Health, Pediatric, and Behavioral health clinics. The Interim Director will be supported by a team of outstanding nurses, CNAs, physicians, and other supporting staff. The Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, budget, developing and supporting educational initiatives, serving as a mentor to new leaders, and being a champion for quality improvement throughout the department. The Interim Director will also take on administrative duties in the department, including oversight and maintenance of the budget, recruitment and retention of staff, and this person will serve as the operations liaison.

A bachelor degree in business, management, nursing, public health, health care administration or other related fields, previous experience in managing a health care practice, physician relations will score you a quick interview.
