Climanetics Inc. is Looking for AC Maintenance – Condo Buildings. No Technical Experience Required. Full Time

The position is for a maintenance technician at a great company. Training to be provided. The job would require entering apartments in high-rise buildings with a team and doing basic maintenance on several in-suite units every hour. The work involves changing filters, vacuuming, testing the systems and leaving your work place clean.

What we’re looking for: someone who is dependable with attention to detail. We’re open to all sorts of employment backgrounds. Must have access to transportation to get to job sites.

There is a base pay (salaried, we don’t time you) that will increase as more rooms are serviced. Friendly work environment with great benefits!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
