About the Role
As a Software Engineer in Test (SDET) at ClickTime, you’ll work closely with our engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver top-notch products at scale. You’ll play a pivotal role in the automation of end-to-end scenarios, performance and scalability testing, and build and release processes. You’ll make sure problem statements are well-understood, production defect root causes are analyzed and addressed, and the solutions you deliver are scalable and repeatable. Finally, you’ll help ClickTime meet the needs of our ever-evolving tech stack by researching, introducing, and implementing new testing methodologies and frameworks. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts – integrated with CI/CD systems – with reliable, repeatable test results
• Conduct functional, integration, performance, load and security testing
• Interface with key stakeholders to understand requirements and testing scope
• Identify opportunities to drive automation and process improvement across the test ecosystem
• Champion and drive adoption around newly implemented standard procedures, code quality, and maintainability

Qualifications

• Ability to develop test methodologies, frameworks, and documentation to achieve both technical and business objectives
• Experience using Selenium and various automated testing frameworks such as Puppeteer, Playwright, CodeceptJS, WebDriver, Protractor, Cucumber, TypeScript, Cypress, Detox, and/or Appium
• Hands-on experience with automated testing of web applications and mobile apps
• Understanding of Agile development methodology
• Exceptional communication skills; experience working cross-functionally
• Test mindset; is curious and can come up with interesting test scenarios
• 4+ years recently working in software QA automation

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
