What you’ll be doing:

• Recognizing and identifying where support is needed through customer calls and providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Executing as a problem solver by providing solutions in real time using remote software to control machines, provide customers with credits, remotely unlock doors, and reviewing in-store camera footage when needed.
• Online community management- responding to customers through digital social communication and managing inbox communication including responding to customer reviews, comments, chats, emails, and voicemails in a timely manner.
• Supporting the field team, corporate team, and internal and external requestors appropriately based on their needs including ing, reconciling, processing, communication, and problem solving.

This role s to the VP of Brand Expansion and works closely with the Clean Laundry operations and marketing departments.

This is a full-time hourly role.
