The Job:

Come join a Human Resources Department that is just over 3 months old. We want someone to develop the practices for, and grow into, managing the TA Division of the HR Department. You will report to and collaborate with the Director of Human Resources to develop recruiting practices and platforms for a company that is experiencing bananas growth. Did we mention that we will be doubling our employee count next year? Ya, plenty of caffeine in the snack room to keep you going.

Our hours of operation are between 8:00am-5:00pm. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you and the

Director of HR will work together to define your daily schedule. Currently this is an office-based role with the flexibility to transition to a hybrid WFH model.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Develop a department from the ground up
• Innovate and establish best practices for attracting talent required to meet recruiting forecast
• Implement and design a best-in-class ATS (Greenhouse)
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to streamline full cycle recruiting
• Understand the unique skills and talent required by each department
• Implement training initiatives for Hiring Managers
• Ensure an amazing candidate experience through high-touch, personalized outreach and engagement
• Drive the recruiting process through on-boarding and company activities
• Engage in community and industry networking events within the higher education, FinTech, and startup world
• Leverage key metrics in analyzing and refining staffing projections and results
• Manage day-to-day operational, system & reporting requests
• Create and manage reporting that will aid all teams in making business decisions
• Effectively communicate with management on patterns, trends, resolutions and results

The Desired Traits:

• Creative problem solving and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
• 3+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition (or equivalent experience)
• Tech savvy
• Experience leveraging social media channels for TA
• Strong knowledge of ATS and HRIS/HCM platforms (*Greenhouse preferred)
• Experience developing processes, programs, and operating rhythms
• Intermediate skills in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range ($60,000 – $80,000 DOE)
