Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious goals of growing within various market segments. The candidate will answer a high volume of customer calls pertaining to point-of-care products, medical diagnostic supplies and laboratory needs. The candidate will also assist with processing orders and answering client questions as needed. You will be responsible for ensuring all Customer Service Responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Answer all incoming calls from the Queue and distribute to appropriate Account Manager/Department.
• Provide direct customer service via phone, email or in person, to ensure client satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Handle all inbound calls and assist clients by determining needs.
• Ability to identify the difference between New and existing clients to ensure proper distribution.
• Distribution of missed calls/voicemails
• Distribution of emails to appropriate departments.
• Anticipate questions that may be asked during phone calls and prepare for them by employing effective answering techniques.
• Effectively de-escalate customer issues using empathy and conflict resolution skills.
• Solves challenges by gathering information, evaluating possible solutions and presenting options
• Utilize effective time management and prioritization skills in order to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and any critical or reoccurring customer service issues to Supervisor.
• Meticulously take customer re-orders as needed with accuracy.
• Entering Purchase Orders received via email, fax, our website as needed with accuracy.
