Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in PA, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Murrysville, PA.

This individual will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

This position works within the marketing department to determine unique ways to spread awareness and drive product sales.

This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Digital Marketing Strategies :

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business goals.
• Identify target audiences and devise strategies to effectively reach and engage them.

2. Content Creation and Management :

• Create and optimize compelling content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.

3. Social Media Management :

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms.
• Community Engagement – monitor and respond to social media comments, queries, and online reviews and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies.

4. Budget Management :

• Efficiently manage digital marketing budgets to allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

5. Analytics and ing :

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Generate regular s and provide insights for continuous improvement.

6. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) :

• Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience.
• Optimize landing pages for maximum lead generation and customer acquisition.

7. Stay Updated on Industry Trends :

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Monitor data to identify trends in advertising consumption.
• Provide recommendations for adopting new tools or platforms.

8. Internal Communications :

• Oversee digital signage (CBTV) administration and maintenance for branch locations.
• Provide multimedia support for ordering, scheduling and distribution of CBTV materials and equipment.

Skills / Qualifications :

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Sound analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, writing and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player, experienced in a collaborative work environment.

Education / Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience researching and promoting products & services online via blogs, social media and website content.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads or HubSpot) is a plus.
