Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

· Translate the Cleveland Ballet brand through digital platforms such as email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and website maintenance

· Curate content, design, implement, and track analytics of all digital initiatives

· Maintain marketing calendar in relation to content calendar

· Monitor digital trends and make recommendations to continually enhance all marketing efforts

· Follow marketing procedures to maintain files and records of all marketing assets

· Represent Cleveland Ballet at community and promotional events outside of regular work hours, such as performances, PR appearances, and marketing events including some nights and weekends

· Take on additonal responsibilities and tasks as necessary to market the year-long season

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
• Strong writing, design, technical, and analytical skills are required.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, campaign metrics, and strong understanding of SEO best practices
• High proficiency with marketing infrastructure including Microsoft Office suite, Adobe CS or other design programs such as Canva, marketing automation platforms, and content management systems (WIX experience a plus)
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines as well as work independently with an extremely high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dance, music, or performing arts preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per year
