We are the leading nationwide, ‘one stop shop’ provider in independent support for school admissions, appeals, exclusion reviews and governing body clerking services. We are looking for an outstanding, dynamic and dedicated clerk who will make a significant contribution to our team. You will help us to maintain excellence.

We need someone who:

· Ideally has previous experience of working as a clerk, paralegal or stenographer (not required).

· Has excellent written English skills for the preparation of key documentation e.g. minutes of school Governing Body meetings, school admissions appeals and exclusion review hearings

· Can record minutes of a meeting, appeals panel or review accurately

· Has good typing skills and can use ICT packages i.e. Word, Excel

· Is highly organised and has an eye for detail and accuracy

· Can meet deadlines

· Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

· Has the ability to work independently, without supervision, and also as part of a team.

· Is punctual

· Enjoys working with a wider and diverse community

· Can act with discretion and maintain confidentiality

· Is willing to learn and keep up to date with relevant new legislation and guidance

– Can work from home efficiently and without distraction.
