Clemenger Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Sydney, to join their team.

Reporting to the Client Delivery Lead, this position is a great opportunity for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to be leading a high achieving, fast paced team who appreciate a healthy curiosity. We are looking for someone who has an exceptional track record of managing a team and be the driving force behind achieving great results in a fast paced recruitment environment!

You will be a great people lead, team player and a self-starter who can prioritise their work and manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.

What will your day look like?

• Managing regional agency relationships.
• Leading and supporting a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Developing your team to build overall succession.
• Analysing market trends and execute action plans to tackle challenges.
• Lead the social recruitment initiatives and programmes across the region.
• End to end recruitment for senior level roles.
• Leading initiatives to upskill hiring manager interviews and recruitment processes
• Driving projects and process improvement to ensure that the team is working at a high standard and maintaining high levels of customer services.
• Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to provide timely pipelining, mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection of candidates who meet the requirements and competencies of roles.
• Full life cycle recruiting – market analysis for competitive advantage, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations
• Actively engage and initiate process improvements as needed.

What do you need?

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an end to end, in-house recruitment role or external agency.
• Ability to build a strong rapport, consult, influence, and manage a range of stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of the market in terms of candidates and employers.
• Consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation as well as externally.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Strong problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills.
• Delivering results and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Energetic, ambitious and results oriented.
