Clemenger Group Limited operates a centralised recruitment and onboarding function for our agencies in Australia, and we currently have an exciting role available for an Onboarding/Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join our Melbourne based team.

The Onboarding / Recruitment Co-Ordinator will work to support the Onboarding Manager and Recruitment Team to deliver a great candidate experience.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Professional support to onboarding manager and ANZ recruitment team throughout the hiring process, including interview set-up, co-ordination and documentation
• Assisting in contract generation and the management of candidate offer documentation throughout the onboarding process
• Overseeing visa applications and labour market testing
• Reporting
• Careers site maintenance
• Job ad placement
• Data integrity of all recruitment records, ensuring that they are kept up to date
• Ensuring compliance of hiring policies and procedures and maintenance of accurate records
• Reporting and provision of quality recruitment data analysis in a timely and resourceful manner
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal CGL policies

• An understanding of project management principles and practices
• Experience in managing & prioritising multiple tasks to competing deadlines

• Good organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team and be self-directed
