Clemenger BBDO Sydney is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Finance Assistant to join the team!

As a Finance Assistant your role is to assist the Finance Manager in order to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Finance Department.

Knowledge

• You will need to have developed excellent financial, time management and communication skills

with all departments.

• You will also need to develop a very good knowledge of the financial responsibilities associated

with the Agency and develop reliable and accurate financial reports for the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Check and code supplier invoices and generate purchase orders, ready for processing.
• Process staff expense claims
• Monthly statement reconciliations for all suppliers
• Overseas supplier invoice processing and payments
• Generating ad hoc payments
• Filing – Digital payments
• Assist in Job reconciliation
• Visa billings
• Debtors – follow up on payments, receipt cash, prepare debtors report
• Monthly revenue recognition
• AP SOX Compliance – Audit readiness
• Provide ad hoc support to the Finance team
