Clemenger Group Hiring for Client Accountant Job at Sydney Full Time

• Liaising with Account Management on client billings ensuring they are in line with client contractual arrangements
• Ensuring that invoices are sent to Samsung in a timely manner (taking in to account their internal processes) and paid promptly by the client
• Assisting with Month end processes
• Review of job cost reports and invoicing clients
• Ensuring jobs are reconciled and closed in a timely manner
• Review and approval of staff timesheets
• WIP analysis & Update of client revenue forecasts
• Retainer reconciliations (with data being uploaded into Tableau)
• Prepare adhoc financial analysis when required
• Ensure efficient and accurate accounting of client billing and revenue
• Be the best “go to” finance person for your allocated client base
• Prioritise financial tasks and the determination to see tasks through to the end
• Adhere to tight internal controls ensuring all financial information is properly recorded and analysed

Desired Skills and Experience

• Ideally Accounting/Business degree qualification or alternatively previous Advertising Agency experience in a similar role
• Great communications skills both verbal and written required
• Experience in Spectra – Agency Finance system (Desired not essential)
• Excel Skills – VLookup & Pivot Tables
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills
• An exceptional eye for detail and a proactive attitude
• Exceptional team player with great people skills
