The Job:
Manage branch office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion;

Recruit, hire, develop, and lead construction crews;

Sell diversified product line of Buildings utilizing “DreamMaker” – Cleary’s proprietary 3D Design, Costing, & Presentation software;

Monitor the building construction process through to completion;

Take charge of sales responsibilities in an established territory;

Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast-paced and energetic environment, no two days are alike;

Qualifications:
Knowledge of building construction is essential;

Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus;

Management or Supervisory experience desired;

Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight;

Must be a motivated Self-Starter; ability to think on your feet and take initiative;

Sales experience helpful;

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required;

Excellent Communication and Organizational skills; Great Customer Service skills;

Compensation / Benefits:
Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus & incentive plans;

$75,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above-average performers;
