ClearTriage Hiring for Clinical Education and Marketing Manager at Remote Full Time

Improve telephone triage and patient care by joining ClearTriage, the leading provider of software solutions for both telephone triage nurses and for the non-clinical staff who may initially screen the calls. As a member of our team, you’ll help us provide outstanding customer support and high-quality easy-to-use software solutions to hundreds of healthcare organizations around the US and the world. We have grown every year since our founding in 2014 and are adding this new position to support that continued growth.

We are looking for a nurse who is excited to be involved in the business side of providing better patient care. You will have the opportunity to work in all aspects of our company including clinical education, marketing, sales, product development, and customer support. We are an all-remote team, so you need to be able to work well independently. And while in general you’ll need to work during US daytime hours, we can support a flexible schedule.

Job Duties

This is a new position so we will work with you to determine what parts of our business you can best support based on your talents and experience, but your duties will likely include:

• Writing for our website, training guides, and marketing materials
• Product training for customers
• Customer consulting
• Product demos for prospects
• Follow up with prospects
• Creating training videos
• Attending conferences and trade shows (as COVID permits these to safely resume)
