ClearStream Energy Services Hiring for QA/QC Admin at Airdrie, AB Full Time

Reporting to the QAQC Manger you will bring 2-5 years QA/QC coordination experience to the team.

Please note this is an expression of interest job posting. This role would be based out of Airdrie on a permanent basis.

What you’ll be doing:
Compiling information and preparing reports using software.

Coordinating meetings and logistical details for the department.

Coordinating projects and logistical details to ensure smooth operation of the department.

Performing general clerical duties to include typing, filing, faxing, photocopying.

Maintaining the filing system(s).

Recording meetings and providing typewritten record of meetings.

Photocopy and distribute correspondence for furtherance to clients and project supervision.

Daily interaction with numerous project resources.

Other administrative support duties as required.

We’d love to hear from you if you:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Working knowledge of code interpretation.

Strong communication skills utilizing both Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

Eager to learn

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Knowledge of standard shop safety protocols.

Welding experience is an asset.

Non- destructive testing experience is an asset.
